The MSU Tawi-Tawi Administrative Staff Union (AdSU) has been granted accreditation by the Civil Service Commission (CSC). Pursuant to the provisions of Executive Order No. 180 dated June 1, 1987 and the Amended Rules and Regulations governing the excercise of the Right of Government Employees to organize, as the sole and exclusive negotiating agent of all the rank-and-file employees, the MSU Tawi-Tawi AdSU was finally formed.
The awarding of certificate, lead by Dr. Shastri Buddin together with other CSC personnel, was held yesterday, January 27, 2020 during the university's flag ceremony.
In a short message, Dr. Buddin extended his congratulations to MSU TCTO and its AdSU team headed by Dr. Abdulpatta Nuruddin. He also emphasized that "it should not end in this certificate but to the forging of the Collective Negotiation Agreement Incentive (CNA)."
AdSU President Dr. Nuruddin also expressed his gratitude to the Civil Service and to the administration for the entire support.
